Information Collection, Use, Retention and Sharing
E-mail: We will use your e-mail to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your e-mail with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Quality & Collection: We are the sole owners of the information collected by us. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, other direct contact from you or provided to us by our client’s which you had previously provided them. This data is only captured once.
Update: Partners in Credit when obtaining new information or additional information from credit reporting agencies may update your information.
Disclosure to third parties: We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Security: We take precautions to protect your information. Your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive or personal information, that information is encrypted and access to that information is restricted in accordance with our access control policy.

Your Consent: Implicit consent is granted by our customers when using our services. You consent to the collection and use of your information by Partners in Credit Inc as described in this Privacy Statement. Explicit consent may have been granted when you provided your personal information to our clients.
Use, Retention and disposal: All personal or sensitive information will only be used and retained for the duration as mandated by our client’s service level agreements (SLA) for services rendered and as per the requirements of the CRA. Once determined the data can be disposed of the electronic PII will be deleted from all databases and any documents.
