Quality & Collection: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, other direct contact from you or provided to us by our client’s which you had previously provide them. This data is only captured once.
Disclosure to third parties: We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Security: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive or personal information, that information is encrypted and access to that information is restricted in accordance with our access control policy.

Use, Retention and disposal: All personal or sensitive information will only be used and retained for the duration as mandated by our client’s service level agreements (SLA) for services rendered and as per the requirements of the CRA. Once determined the data can be disposed of the electronic PII will be deleted from all databases and any documents will be disposed using the services of Iron Mountain.
